GENERAL INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy applies to the processing and protection of Users’ personal data in the context of the use of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, including its subpages, operated by URBN TIDES LTD. This policy defines the principles of collecting and using data about Users, including when they place orders for goods and services offered by URBN TIDES LTD. Our overriding goal is to ensure that Service Users’ privacy is protected at a level that is at least equivalent to the standards set forth in applicable laws, in particular the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), and other relevant legislation.
We would like to inform that within the Service there may be placed links enabling its Users to directly reach other websites. URBN TIDES LTD has no influence on their administrators’ privacy policy and use of cookies. METHOD OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1. When Users browse the content of the Website, information regarding the use of the Website by Users and their IP addresses is automatically collected based on analysis of access logs, e.g. browser type, operating system type, date and time of visit, number of connections, number of opened subpages of the Website, viewed content.
2. Browsing the content of the Service itself does not require the User to provide personal information.
3. The use of certain options of the Service may require registration, which may require the User to provide personal data. Failure to provide such data may restrict the use of certain features of the Service.
4. The Service includes a contact form and an order form for goods and services offered by URBN TIDES LTD. Completion of the forms involves the provision of certain personal data by the User.
SCOPE OF COLLECTED DATA AND INFORMATION

6. The collected data are also used to establish the User’s profile and allow us to customize the content of the Website and newsletters to the User’s needs. Processing of the indicated data always takes place in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. Provision of personal data by Service Users is voluntary. The data will be processed for the purpose of registration in the Store and, if the User agrees, for marketing purposes regarding our products and services and participation in the Newsletter service. In the case of purchase of goods, personal data will be processed for the proper execution of the contract of sale and delivery of products. Failure to provide data necessary for the conclusion of the contract will result in the refusal to conclude the contract.
2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in the scope of user registration on the Website, marketing of products and services and participation in the Newsletter service is the consent given, while in the case of purchase of goods, data processing is necessary for the implementation of the contract.
3. Personal data will be stored until the user withdraws consent or up to a maximum of 5 years after completion of the order.
4. Personal data will be shared with companies serving us in the field of ICT, legal and marketing activities, as well as those engaged in the delivery of goods. We do not plan to transfer Customers’ personal data to countries outside the UK unless adequate protection measures are in place in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

2. You have the right to access and update your personal data. If you have an account with the store, you can always update your data there. If you do not have an account, please contact us, and our administrator will provide you with information about your data and update it at your request.
