- How long is the delivery time of the order?
Delivery time within the UK in most cases does not exceed 3 working days.
Please note that different products have different lead times and the delivery time should be added to this time.
E.g. A product that takes 1-3 days to ship, the maximum delivery time is:
3 days + 24 hours (courier delivery time)
- I failed to receive the shipment, can you send again?
Of course 🙂 If the shipment came back to us, we will send it again after paying the cost of transportation to us and once again to you.
E.g. You paid by bank transfer, chose courier delivery, failed to pick up the shipment. We will resend it after payment of £4.99 (return to us) + £4.99 (reshipment to you).
