- Will the courier come to me to pick up the return?
Yes. We can arrange for the courier to collect the parcel from you, or you can send it to us yourself. Before proceeding with either option, please contact us by email at contact@urbnsleep.co.uk or by phone at +4407935320074.
- How to return a purchased item?
Send us an email to contact@urbnsleep.co.uk with information about your wish to return your order and provide the following details:
- order number
- if you would like our courier to collect the return, provide the address for collection
- the bank account details to which we should process your refund
- attach the return label to the package, which you will receive from us by email

- How much time do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the day you receive the package to notify us of your intention to return.
- Is the return completely free of charge?
Yes, you will not incur any costs associated with returning your order. Free returns apply to orders delivered within the UK mainland.
- How should I pack the return?
The product should be packed so that the item is protected by at least 2 layers of protection.
For example, if returning bedding, it should be packed in the original plastic bag plus an outer packaging.
Under no circumstances should any part of the product protrude beyond the outer packaging, as this often makes items vulnerable to damage or dirt during transport.
Please remember that the product packaging (plastic or cardboard) is an integral part of the product and must not be damaged in any way.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Before packing and sending the product, we strongly recommend taking photos of both the product and the packed return for your records.
- When will I receive my refund?
In most cases, we will process your refund immediately after we receive and inspect the returned order. The maximum period for processing your refund is 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
